Lava Art AS will accept all refunds or replacement requests if the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.

Colour Swap
We will allow 1 free colour swap for free within 14 days of purchase. A shipping and handling fee of 10€ will be charged once your new colour selection has been processed and shipped

Returns
The product must not have been used, show any signs of wear and tear, and the packaging must not have been damaged. If the packaging is damaged in any way or if the product has been opened / used, you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please note that refund will not include the outward shipping fee and a restocking fee of 10€ will be deducted to the final amount you will be refunded for.
