Don’t feel like going alone? Invite your friends to kill two birds with one stone: exercise and catch up! Put on a pair of shoes and explore.


2. Walking
Go for a 15-minute brisk walk and take in the fresh air. Throw in your favorite music or listen to a podcast. You’ll be surprised how fast time will go by.

3. Dancing

Zumba, tango, flamenco, hip hop, or anything really. It’s fun, elevates your heart rate, and makes for excellent cardiovascular exercise!

4. Indoor cycling

This low-impact workout will help you boost muscle endurance, heart health and shed unwanted weight, all without realizing it!

5. Aerial Yoga

Also known as aerial hammock or aerial fitness, it’s a type of airborne exercise practiced in a silk hammock suspended from the ceiling to support your body weight.

It’s gentle on the joints, helps release tension, deepens stretches, improves breath awareness, and improves overall health and fitness.
